These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the access to and use of the e-learning platform operated by CYBER SECURITY d.o.o. through the Moodle Learning Management System (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, users confirm that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not access or use the Platform**.**

2. Purpose of the Platform
The Platform is intended for:
- cybersecurity education and awareness,

- certification programs,

The Platform may be used by:
- employees,
- customers,
- partners,
- contractors,
- registered learners,
- authorized third parties.
Access to specific content may be restricted depending on user roles, subscriptions, contractual relationships, or training assignments.
3. User Accounts
Access to certain parts of the Platform requires creation of a user account.
Users are responsible for:
- providing accurate and complete information,
- maintaining confidentiality of login credentials,
- ensuring that passwords remain secure,
- restricting unauthorized access to their accounts,
- notifying CYBER SECURITY immediately in case of suspected unauthorized access or misuse.
Users must not:
- share accounts with other persons,
- impersonate other users,
- attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
- use automated tools to access the Platform without authorization,
- interfere with Platform availability or security.
CYBER SECURITY reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of suspected abuse, security incidents, violations of these Terms, or unlawful activities.
4. Acceptable Use
Users agree to use the Platform responsibly and lawfully.
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- unauthorized access attempts,
- distribution of malware or malicious code,
- phishing or social engineering activities,
- uploading unlawful, offensive, or harmful content,
- violating intellectual property rights,
- disrupting Platform functionality,
- attempting to bypass security controls,
- misuse of learning materials or examination systems.
Any activity that may compromise the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the Platform or associated systems is prohibited.
CYBER SECURITY may monitor Platform activity for security, operational, compliance, and audit purposes.
5. Educational Content and Intellectual Property
All educational materials, courses, videos, documents, quizzes, presentations, and other content available on the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights and remain the property of CYBER SECURITY or respective content owners unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Users may:
- access materials solely for authorized educational purposes,
- use content for personal or internal business learning,
- download materials only where explicitly permitted.
Users may not:
- copy, reproduce, redistribute, publish, or commercially exploit Platform content without prior written permission,
- remove copyright notices or ownership markings,
- share restricted materials with unauthorized third parties.
Unauthorized use of educational materials may result in termination of access and legal action.
6. Training Records and Certifications
The Platform may record:
- course participation,
- learning progress,
- completed assignments,
- quiz and examination results,
- issued certificates,
- training history.
Such records may be used for:

- compliance verification,
- audit purposes,
- certification evidence,
- contractual obligations,
- internal reporting.
Certificates issued through the Platform confirm completion of specific learning activities but do not guarantee professional qualifications unless explicitly stated.

- authentication,

8. Availability and Technical Requirements
CYBER SECURITY aims to maintain Platform availability and reliability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access at all times.
Temporary interruptions may occur due to:
- maintenance activities,
- software updates,
- technical failures,
- cybersecurity incidents,
- third-party service interruptions,
- force majeure events.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate:
- internet connectivity,
- compatible devices and browsers,
- system security on their own devices.
9. Security Monitoring
As a cybersecurity-oriented organization, CYBER SECURITY may implement security monitoring measures to protect the Platform and users.
Security measures may include:
- access logging,
- authentication monitoring,
- intrusion detection,
- vulnerability management,
- audit logging,
- session monitoring.
Unauthorized or suspicious activities may be investigated and reported to competent authorities where required by law.
10. Third-Party Services
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party tools or services, including:
- video conferencing tools,
- authentication providers,
- cloud hosting services,
- analytics services,
- external educational resources.
CYBER SECURITY is not responsible for the privacy practices, availability, or content of third-party services.
Users should review applicable third-party terms and privacy policies separately.
11. Account Suspension and Termination
CYBER SECURITY reserves the right to:
- suspend or restrict access,
- disable accounts,
- remove content,
- terminate Platform access,
without prior notice where necessary to:

- prevent abuse or unauthorized activities.
Users may also request account deletion subject to applicable legal and contractual retention obligations.
12. Limitation of Liability
The Platform and all associated content are provided on an “as available” and “as is” basis.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CYBER SECURITY shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages,
- interruption of business activities,
- data loss,
- unauthorized access caused by factors outside reasonable control,
- temporary unavailability of the Platform,
- user misuse of educational content.
Users use the Platform at their own responsibility.
13. Modifications to the Platform or Terms
CYBER SECURITY reserves the right to:
- modify the Platform,

- introduce new functionalities,
- change these Terms of Use at any time.

Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Croatia and applicable European Union regulations.
Any disputes arising from the use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Zagreb, Croatia.
